Vegan cinnamon porridge

One of my favourite breakfasts for cold weather and specially when you are in need of energy to start the day. Simple, quick and delicious!

  • Heat 1 cup of coconut milk
  • Add 1 cup of oat flakes into the milk, stirring until it starts to boil
  • Add lots of cinnamon and a spoon of coconut sugar
  • Serve in a bowl
  • Add frozen berries and almond flakes
  • Optional: some maple syrup on top!
  • I like to have it with chai tea and coconut milk!
