One of my favourite breakfasts for cold weather and specially when you are in need of energy to start the day. Simple, quick and delicious!
- Heat 1 cup of coconut milk
- Add 1 cup of oat flakes into the milk, stirring until it starts to boil
- Add lots of cinnamon and a spoon of coconut sugar
- Serve in a bowl
- Add frozen berries and almond flakes
- Optional: some maple syrup on top!
- I like to have it with chai tea and coconut milk!
